Developed comprehensive HR systems several medium sized companies including organisation structures and job design, recruitment systems, performance management systems, employee handbooks, compensation strategies.
Defined and developed competency models for SPDC, Total, NLNG and NNPC, three major upstream/ midstream oil & gas operators in Nigeria. Also developed knowledge management processes for the HR directorate in SPDC.
Conducted several training programs to prepare organisations for and help them implement change. Also conducted several leadership development programs based on leadership assessment surveys.
