The Assessor Training Course provides a practical understanding of key skills required to conduct productive assessment centres and effectively the role of the assessor. Principles of assessment, eliminating errors and biases, obtaining information within the limited time and space of an assessment centre, and much more are covered. This program is delivered in a very practical way that includes roleplays and simulations.
